Divisions

Two ways to play

Every sport splits into two brackets so nobody spends their Tuesday night in the wrong game.

Social

For first-timers, returning-after-a-decade athletes, and anyone whose main goal is the postgame.

  • Gamers (refs) at every game and a seeded playoff bracket
  • Rules explained on the field, week one
  • Free agents welcome

Competitive

Same nights, same format — played harder. For teams who want the game to push back a little.

  • Gamers (refs) at every game and a seeded playoff bracket
  • Assumes you already know the rules
  • Faster pace, calls made tighter
  • Free agents welcome

Questions

Before you sign up

I don't have a team. Can I still play?

Yes — and it's the most common way people join. Register as a free agent and we'll place you on a roster, usually with a handful of other solo signups so nobody is the only new face.

How competitive is it, really?

Depends entirely on the division you pick. Social is built for people who haven't played since gym class; Competitive is the same league played harder — quicker pace, calls made tighter, and teams that came to win. Both get Gamers (refs) and a seeded playoff bracket.

How long is a session?

Sessions can be anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the sport, plus a playoff week. Games run one night a week, generally between 6 and 10 pm, and last about an hour.

What do I need to bring?

Athletic shoes and a water bottle. We supply the balls, bases, nets and scorekeeping. Cleats are optional for the outdoor field sports — no metal spikes.

What's the age range?

Players must be 21 or older since every league has a bar sponsor. Most players are between 23 and 40, but we have teams that have played together since the first session.

What happens if it rains?

Weather cancellations are posted on the schedule page by 4 pm on game day. Rained-out weeks are made up at the end of the session when the schedule allows, rather than refunded. See our League Policies.

What if I need to cancel — can I get a refund?

Cancel more than 7 days before the session starts and we'll refund what you paid, less $5 to cover the transaction fee. From 6 days to 1 day before the start, you'll get a league credit for the cost, good toward a future session. Day of or after, we can't refund or credit. The full terms are in our League Policies.

Can my company sponsor a team?

Absolutely. Corporate teams get a spot in the session-end tournament. Email us and we'll send the sponsorship sheet.

Rosters are filling up

Leagues close once they're full — after that, spots go to the waitlist.
